Regional championship of "Young professionals" (Worldskills Russia) has started today on the basis of Kazan State Medical College. First Deputy Health Minister Sergey Osipov took part in the opening ceremony. There are several competencies: "Health and social care", "Medical & Laboratory analysis", "Pharmacy", "Dental orthopedic". Participants from 10 medical colleges and schools take part in the regional championship. The competition is held for the fifth time.
 

The project was created with the support of Igor Lerman Symphony orchestra and attracted a lot of attention among patients and employees. Music therapy is used for physical and emotional healing. More and more hospitals around the world use music to improve the health of their patients. Music improves mood and suppresses negative emotions, relaxes and relieves stress.

Republican AIDS Center in cooperation with Tatarstan branch of all-Russian public movement "Volunteer doctors" held a preventive campaign of voluntary and confidential testing for HIV infection among students of Volga region State Academy of Physical Culture, Sport and Tourism.

Large-scale competitions were held from 24 to 26 November 2017 in Kazan. More than 820 participants from 60 clubs in 43 cities of Russia and foreign countries – Estonia, Latvia and Canada took part in the competition.

This is due to the fact that the diagnosis of this pathology at an early stage is quite difficult. Gastric cancer ranks second among all diseases in our country. Presence of background diseases (which often precedes the appearance of the cancer process) plays a major role in the development of gastric cancer.
