Opening of children's unit in «Regional Centre of Eye Surgery» has taken place in village Shemordan. The Head of Sabinsky district Rais Minnikhanov, the head of Healthcare Department Irina Malysheva took part in the opening ceremony. The centre is equipped for physiotherapeutic and hardware treatment of eye diseases of children. The principal of the centre Alexander Rascheskov says that children's unit will allow to facilitate the ophthalmologic care to children in Sabinsky, Kukmorsky, Baltasinsky, Arsky, Tuliachinsky, Mamadyshsky districts.

 Lesson for patients “Health and senescence prophylaxis” took place in Kazan Municipal Polyclinic № 7 today. The lesson has been prepared by health personnel of the polyclinic together with the scientists of neurology and medical rehabilitation sub-faculty of KSMU. Professor F. Takhavieva has read the lecture touching the questions of healthy life style, cold water treatment and food ration.

Lecture for oncologic patients and their relatives will take place on December, 21 in Naberezhnye Chelny. The subject of the lecture is “Obstructive jaundice at oncologic patients. Chemoembolization of metastatic lesions. CVC implantation.” The organizers of the lecture are: civil society movements “Against cancer” and “Win the cancer” together with   Naberezhnye Chelny Republican Clinical Oncologic Dispensary.

Agreement on creation of the Srednevolzhsky" scientific-educational medical cluster of Privolzhsky federal district will be signed on December, 16th, 2015 in Kazan State Medical University.  Concept of its development will be also discussed.

Health Ministry of the Russian Federation has been monitored the working efficiency of primary link of health care system since May, 2015.  The materials of this monitoring were the weekly and monthly data received from local therapists, the general practitioners rendering medical aid to the population of the Russian Federation by territorially-local principle.

Health Ministry competence includes the decision of following questions: medical care rendering, including rendering of hi-tech medical care; quality control of rendering of medical care; medicinal provision.

Educational Centre of High Medical Technologies and SАHI «Republican Clinical Ophthalmologic Hospital» organize a cycle «Phacoemulsification in nursing care» from December, 14 till December, 16th. The cycle purpose is the quality improvement of preparation of specialists, participating in phacoemulsification and preventing infectious complications in the postoperative period and improvement of life quality of patients.
