The world day of struggle against diabetes, founded by the International federation of diabetes and World Health Organization, is conducted annually in the majority of the countries of the world on November, 14th. The given date was in honour of birthday Frederika Bantinga who together with Charles Bestom has played a pivotal role in insulin discovery in 1922.

Lecture, dedicated to preventive maintenance of cardiovascular diseases has been read today by Deputy Health Minister Elena Shishmaryova for employees of Finance Ministry of Tatarstan Republic in National Cultural Centre "Kazan". The video film of TR Health Minister Adel Vafin about risk factors of cardiovascular diseases and methods of disease’s decrease has been shown. All participants have received information literature on preventive maintenance of chronic non-infectious diseases and healthy life style.

Oncologists, general practitioners, neurologists, endocrinologists, rheumatologists, cardiologists and lung specialists from Privolzhsky federal district will take part in the conference.

The basic method of tuberculosis detection at children and at teenagers is the mass tuberculinodiagnosis representing Mantoux test. This year the children of 8 years old and over will receive Diaskintest. It reacts only to the active infection in organism.

Meeting of Interdepartmental AIDS commission has taken place in Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry today. It was dedicated to activity’s results of SAHI «AIDS and ID Republican Center of TR HM» within the limits of government program «Development of Tatarstan Republic healthcare till 2020» in 2015. It was organized in regimen of teleconference with municipal districts.

More than 300 persons are expected in the conference: principals of dermatovenerologic dispensaries, principals and employees of dermatovenerology sub-faculties, practicing physicians-dermatovenerologists from Russian Federation regions. The conference program includes sectional meetings, round tables, workshops, presentations. Discussing of pressing questions of dermatovenerology and cosmetology, meeting of the profile commission of Advisory council in sphere of health care of Health Ministry of Russia are planned in the Conference program.

A ten-day campaign «Diabetes preventive maintenance» will take place in SAHI «Children's Republican Clinical Hospital of Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry» from November, 5 till November, 16th, 2015. Diabetes World Day has been founded in 1991 by International Diabetic Federation and World Health Organization in reply to threat of ascending of disease all over the world. November, 14th, birthday of Canadian doctor Frederic Banting who has applied insulin to diabetes treatment, became the date of Diabetes World Day. The main task of this day is to attract society to the problem of early diagnosing of disease, diabetes’ trainings and loss of complications. SAHI«CRCH of TR HM» has organized the round table together with endocrinologists and psychologists on November, 5th, 2015.

The participants of conference - the principal non-staff specialist on diagnostic and treatment of HIV-infection of RF Health Ministry, head physician of Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital E.E.Voronin, representatives and experts of European Association on treatment of HIV-infection at children «PENTA» and UNICEF and specialists of the territorial AIDS Centers have visited SAHI « AIDS and Infectious Diseases Republican Centre of TR Health Ministry» within the limits of the international scientifically-practical conference «Modern aspects of treatment of children with HIV-infection».

Vascular surgeons of Emergency Medicine Centre have made endoprosthesis replacement of abdominal department at aortic aneurysm. It was not the first implantation made by surgeons of MCH №7.

 II All-Russia scientifically-practical conference with the international engagement «Socially important and highly dangerous infections» has taken place in Sochi on November, 2-5th. More than 650 persons including principal non-staff specialists of Health Ministry of Russia and specialists of various profiles (infectiologists, epidemiologists, phthisiologists, dermatovenerologists, therapists, laboratory assistants, psychologists) took part in the conference. The principal non-staff specialist on infectious diseases of TR HM, MD, senior lecturer of infectious diseases sub-faculty of КSМU I.E.Kravchenko; managing of infectious diseases sub-faculty of КSМА,Professor I.M. Khaertynova; the chef of diagnostic unit №1 of SAHI “Republican Clinical Infectious Hospital”, MD J.M. Sozinova have appeared with reports. The educational cycle «Highly dangerous infections» with questions of bioterrorism and tactical-social drill on the basis of Infectious Diseases Hospital have taken place during the conference in Dagomys.
