Expanded meeting dedicated to the results of activity of healthcare institutions of the district took place in Leninogorsky CRH. 

Meeting of the Public Council of Federal Party Project "Healthy future" in Tatarstan took place in Kazan State Medical University under the chairmanship of the Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation A. Z. Farrakhov.

Head physician of Apastovsky CRH Almaz Valiullin awarded a commendation to the paramedic Ramzia Zagitova on the part of TR Health Ministry for saving life of the old woman. 

Republican Ophthalmological Hospital of TR HM became the winner of the national competition "Best healthcare institution of the Russian Federation-2018".

Palace of culture of Nurlat hosted the summing-up meeting. The results of the activities of healthcare institutions of Nurlat municipal district in 2018 were summed up and priorities for work in 2019 were determined.

Preventive campaign "Healthy joints" was held in Kazan on Bauman street. While Dr. Teddy was handing out sports equipment to Kazan residents, experts talked about its proper use and the benefits of simple physical exercises for people of different ages.

Large-scale campaign on testing for HIV infection took place in Kazan, Almetyevsk and Naberezhnye Chelny on February. The preventive campaign was attended by students of: Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation, Psychology and Education Institute of Kazan Federal University, Kazan Federal University, Kazan State Medical University, Almetyevsk College of Physical Culture, University of Management "TISBI" (branch in Almetyevsk), Naberezhnye Chelny State Pedagogical University.

Summing-up meeting of health personnel of the district was held in Mamadyshsky Central Regional Hospital. The first Deputy Health Minister Sergey Osipov and the head of the Executive Committee of Mamadyshsky municipal district Ilshat Darzemanov took part in the meeting.

Surgery on juvenile angiofibroma has been performed for the first time in otolaryngology unit of Republican Clinical Hospital (RCH).

Physicians of SAHI "Republican Medical Prevention Center" organized and conducted a video lecture about the basics of healthy lifestyle among the younger classes of the school № 40 of Privolzhsky district of Kazan. The lecture was held in the form of an interactive confidential conversation. Doctor of hygiene education Guzel Galimullina told students about the basic principles of healthy lifestyle.
