Department of pathology of newborns and premature babies of Children's Municipal Hospital with Perinatal Center of Nizhnekamsk moved to the repaired two-storey building. Today Nizhnekamsk department of pathology of newborns is the third largest one in the Republic of Tatarstan. The building was opened in December 1985, and it has been functioning as an Inter-Municipal Center since May 1992. 800-900 babies are treated in this department every year.

Free online voting for priority goals of the Republican ministries for 2019, including Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic has started in Tatarstan. This voting is held in the framework of the pilot project on the public formation of the goals and objectives of the Executive Bodies of state power and public control over their execution.

Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 7788 times during the week. 1340 emergency calls were registered in public places. A message was received about smoke in the intensive care unit of block B of Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center (ICDC) in Karbyshev street in Kazan on October 21, at 12:10. Teams of EMERCOM of Russia in TR have arrived at the place of accident. Strong smoke was found in the basement and on the ground floor as a result of a short circuit of the cable in the basement area of 2 m2. The consequences of a short circuit were successfully eliminated at 12:49. There were no injuries. Nine bedridden patients were carried out on a stretcher. 314 patients of ICDC were evacuated from blocks A and B. The short-circuit situation did not affect the patients ' condition.

Children's Republican Clinical Hospital is actively implementing telemedicine technologies to develop resuscitation service. The clinic is implementing a project to create a resuscitation clinical telemedicine center together with the high-tech Tatarstan IT Company "ICL". A mobile diagnostic telemedicine device was designed and put into operation as part of the project. This device allows the district medical institutions of Tatarstan to call the experts of Children's Republican Clinical Hospital. It is possible to broadcast directly from the place where the patient is located.

The training seminar for nurses "Prevention of alcohol and drug consumption" was held on the basis of Republican Narcology Dispensary with the support of the Association of Nurses of Tatarstan Republic. The nurse of the 3rd inpatient department Anna Lysova presented the report on the peculiarities of work in the narcological department. Head of the prevention office Galimzyan Shakirzyanov gave a lecture on the harmful effects of drugs and the benefits of healthy lifestyle.

Two outpatient departments were opened in Republican Bureau of Forensic Medical Examination after reconstruction: Department of forensic medical examination of victims, accused and other persons and Department of complex (Commission) examinations. Major repairs were carried out here with the reconstruction and equipping of all offices for the reception of persons sent to Bureau for forensic examination. The government of Tatarstan Republic has allocated 12 million rubles for the reconstruction .

Republican Scientific and Practical Conference dedicated to topical issues in the work of nurses of laboratory services of healthcare institutions took place in Kazan. Chief nurses of healthcare institutions, health technicians and assistants of pathology and forensic departments exchanged best practices and experience in Republican Bureau of Judicial-Medical Expertise.
