District forum of medical volunteers of Povolzhsky Federal Region (PFR) will start in Kazan on November 16, 2018. 

Conference of dermatologists and cosmetologists of PFD will be held in Kazan on November, 15-16. It is planned to discuss topical issues of dermatology, venerology and cosmetology. Meeting of the profile Commission of Expert Council in the field of healthcare of Health Ministry of Russia will take place within the limits of the conference.

Working meeting on strengthening cooperation in the field of health protection of citizens in relation to the implementation of interventions for the prevention of HIV/AIDS in the workplaces took place in Tatarstan. The program included the State strategy of counteraction to spreading HIV-infection in Russian Federation for the period till 2020 and further prospect, approved by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 22.10.2016 No. 2203-R. Meeting was held at Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan.

A lecture on age-related eye diseases was held at University of the third age in Nizhnekamsk. Optometrist of Nizhnekamsky Central Regional Multi-profile Hospital Elsa Gabitova has told about the three eye diseases and explained how to reduce their effects.

Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center will host a presentation of device for the treatment of acute ischemic stroke-an innovative stent Retriever Solitaire Platinum for the first time in Russia on November, 16. The presentation will be held as part of training course for physicians from different regions of Russia.

"I-st Republican training of pulmonary arterial hypertension in children" was held in Children's Republican Clinical Hospital. The training was attended by pediatric cardiologists and cardiac surgeons, pediatricians and specialists of functional and ultrasound diagnostics-85 people from Kazan and Tatarstan regions.

Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 7642 times during the week. 1068 emergency calls were registered in public places. Paramedics went on accidents 924 times, including road traffic accidents.  45 people were injured, 26 people were taken to hospitals. 6169 emergency calls were registered for various diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (60 cases) and acute cerebral circulation disorders (159 cases).

A delegation from National Medical Research Center of Preventive Medicine of Health Ministry of Russia headed by chief freelance therapist of Health Ministry of Russia Oksana Drapkina paid a working visit to Tatarstan clinics. Following the visit, Health Ministry of Tatarstan held a meeting with the participation of Minister Marat Sadykov.

Chief freelance therapist of Health Ministry of Russia Oksana Drapkina has visited Republican Clinical Hospital of Health Ministry of Tatarstan. She was accompanied by the first Deputy Health Minister Sergey Osipov, as well as the heads of healthcare institutions.

Health Department of AMD in close cooperation with the Almetyevsk Medical Prevention Center organizes educational meetings with the youth of Almetyevsk dedicated to healthy lifestyles and first aid in various situations.
