Training "Dementia: practical recommendations for relatives" will take place in Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center (ICDC) on October, 27. MD, neurologist of the highest qualification category of ICDC Yulia Zhitkova will read the lecture.

A series of work-shops on traumatology was held in Municipal Clinical Hospital №7 of Kazan. Leading experts: traumatologist-orthopedist of Traumatology and Orthopedics Center (Moscow) Sergey Sergienko and MD Victor Khomutov showed the methods of treatment of arthrosis and other techniques in the field of arthroscopy of knee joint. Trauma physicians of hospital have listened to thematic lectures and have analyzed clinical cases.

Veterans of Tatarstan healthcare have visited the surgical building of Medical University Clinic. Tatarstan Republic Health Minister Marat Sadykov met with the veteran community. Head physician Ilnur Sharafutdinov gave guests a tour of the clinic’s departments and spoke about modern technologies used in the clinic. The historic building of the hospital, built in 1937, was completely renovated in 2017. Municipal Hospital №5 was located here before the reorganization. Over the years, the clinic has passed a glorious and hard way when the professional traditions of the Kazan medical school were formed and accumulated a huge scientific and practical experience in the field of oncology, surgery, traumatology, gynecology and urology. Outstanding specialists: V. P. Krupin, Yu. A., Ratner, M. Z. Segal and many others worked in Municipal. Hospital No. 5 in different years.

Vaccination against influenza continues in Nizhnekamsk. Mobile stations are situated in the various shopping centers of the city.  Everyone can get a free flu shot in a few minutes. Volunteers – students of Medical College, who are on duty near mobile stations, take an active part in the organization of the vaccination campaign. Training seminar on the organization of Health’s Schools for patients with various diseases took place in Arsky Central Regional Hospital. Training for secondary medical workers of the hospital, outpatient clinics and obstetric stations of the district was held with the assistance of the public organization "Association of nurses of the Republic of Tatarstan". The seminar has also brought together chief nurses and senior paramedics of organizational-methodical offices of Pestrechinsky and Verkhneuslonsky Regional Hospitals.

Exercises on evacuation in case of fire and on its localization took place in Chistopolsky Central Regional Hospital. An automatic fire alarm and a voice detector were activated after detecting a simulated fire source. The staff alerted the rescue services and began evacuating health personnel and patients.

Department of pathology of newborns and premature babies of Children's Municipal Hospital with Perinatal Center of Nizhnekamsk moved to the repaired two-storey building. Today Nizhnekamsk department of pathology of newborns is the third largest one in the Republic of Tatarstan. The building was opened in December 1985, and it has been functioning as an Inter-Municipal Center since May 1992. 800-900 babies are treated in this department every year.

Free online voting for priority goals of the Republican ministries for 2019, including Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic has started in Tatarstan. This voting is held in the framework of the pilot project on the public formation of the goals and objectives of the Executive Bodies of state power and public control over their execution.

Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 7788 times during the week. 1340 emergency calls were registered in public places. Paramedics went on accidents1062 times, including road accidents (62 times). 78 people have suffered, 1 person died, 47 persons were taken to healthcare institutions.  5977 emergency calls were registered about various diseases, including acute myocardial infarction (58 cases), acute cerebral circulation disorders (200 cases).

A message was received about smoke in the intensive care unit of block B of Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center (ICDC) in Karbyshev street in Kazan on October 21, at 12:10. Teams of EMERCOM of Russia in TR have arrived at the place of accident. Strong smoke was found in the basement and on the ground floor as a result of a short circuit of the cable in the basement area of 2 m2. The consequences of a short circuit were successfully eliminated at 12:49. There were no injuries. Nine bedridden patients were carried out on a stretcher. 314 patients of ICDC were evacuated from blocks A and B. The short-circuit situation did not affect the patients ' condition.
