Campaign on provision of endocrinological assistance to the population took place in Mamadyshsky Central Regional Hospital. The event was organized by Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic together with Public organization "Diabetes Association of Tatarstan Republic". Specialists of Republican Clinical Hospital and Republican Endocrinologic Dispensary have examined patients with diabetes, answered their questions and gave appropriate recommendations. Everyone had the opportunity to do a blood test for sugar.
Training for patients with hypertension took place in Nizhnekamsk Central Regional Multi-profile Hospital. Lecture was read by cardiologist Leyla Akhmetzyanova.. Everyone was able to measure the age of the vascular system and stress index using a special device "Angioscan". This device allows to diagnose the state of the circulatory system according to the dynamics of vascular oscillations. Some patients were invited for examination by cardiologists. All lecture participants were given information books and gifts.
Youth Day is celebrated today all over the world. The national holiday gives an opportunity to tell about young professionals who are just beginning their professional activities. Young specialists, trained in Kazan State Medical Academy, Kazan State Medical University and Kazan Medical College came to work in new department of Perinatal Center of Republican Clinical Hospital.

Republican AIDS Center in cooperation with Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in Tatarstan Republic organize the anonymous express HIV testing for labor collectives of enterprises of Kazan. Experts have visited OAO "NPO "State Applied Optics Institute ". The workers have seen a documentary film "Lessons for adults", made by Republican AIDS Center. Everyone could pass a free anonymous express test for HIV infection. 33 people have learned their HIV status.
Kazan hosted the campaign "It is not zer0", dedicated to International Anti- drug Day. The staff of Prevention Center "Choice" went to the parks of Kazan to tell the citizens about the dangers of different addictions. The experts focused on the use of so-called "non-alcoholic beer".
Scientific and practical meeting on the introduction of new clinical and statistical groups of medical rehabilitation of children took place today in Republican Children Clinical Hospital. The event was attended by the staff of CRCH, as well as specialists of healthcare institutions of Kazan, whose activities are directly related to children's rehabilitation.
