  TR Health Ministry has announced a competition for admission to the clinical residency on quotas to Kazan State Medical University, Kazan State Medical Academy, Bashkir State Medical University and Samara State Medical University.

Donor Day will take place in Republican Clinical Hospital on June, 14. Honorary Donors of Russia, who donate blood for many years, will take part in the campaign. Blood transfusion department of Republican Clinical Hospital receives more than 6,000 donors annually. Besides, 16 employees of the institution have the title of Honorary Donor of Russia. These are physicians, nurses, paramedics, laboratory assistants, medical registrars and paramedical personnel.

Competition “creative physicians” took place in Аlmetyevsk on the eve of Medical Worker Day. It was attended by eight young professionals who have joined the ranks of pediatricians of Almetyevsk Children Municipal Hospital with Perinatal Center a year ago. Five pediatricians, a pediatric surgeon, a neurologist and an otolaryngologist moved to Almetyevsk at the invitation of head physician Lidia Ismagilova.

National Center for Prevention and Control of AIDS and Infectious Diseases invites to Open Doors Days. Residents and guests of Kazan will have the opportunity to pass a free anonymous express HIV test, as well as to get advice from specialists and psychologists. National AIDS Center is waiting for everyone from June, 18 to July, 13, 2018 on weekdays from 12.00 to 15.00 at the address: Kazan, Nikolay Ershov str., 65.

Emergency paramedics of Kazan went to save people 7064 times during the week.  They went to accidents 967 times, including road accidents. 37 persons were taken to healthcare institutions. 5310 emergency calls were registered, including 65 cases of acute myocardial infarction and 199 cases of acute violations of cerebral circulation.  

Republican ceremonial broadcast of the competition "Physician of year" will take place on the TV channel "TNV" on June, 17 at 14.00. We remind that the results of the Republican competition-2018 were summed up on June, 7. President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the ceremonial event.

Conference: "Pulmonology: analysis of typical errors and deviations from the recommendations" will be held in Arsk on July, 2. Specialists from Tatarstan districts will take part in the conference.

TR Health Ministry and Tatarstan branch of Health Workers Union of Russia have signed an agreement on recommendations for the implementation of professional standards in order to preserve the human resources, increase the prestige and attractiveness of work in healthcare institutions. The agreement was signed by TR Health Minister Marat Sadykov and Chairman of Tatarstan branch of the Russian Health Workers Union.

Thematic ten-day campaign dedicated to the prevention of posture disorders in children takes place these days in Tatarstan. Events within the framework of the ten-day campaign take place in Healthcare institutions of Tatarstan Republic for children and their parents. A thematic lecture for children and their parents, dedicated to the prevention of posture disorders at the early age took place in pediatric unit of Municipal Hospital № 2 of Chistopolsky district.

The fifth anniversary social campaign "Kazan against breast cancer" took place in the shopping center "MEGA". Women were able to get a free consultation with the leading oncologists – mammologists of Tatarstan Republic. The ceremony was attended by the head of medical and preventive care department of TR Health Ministry Elena Akhmetzyanova, Deputy head of Health Department of Kazan Gulnara Gayfullina.
