TR President Rustam Minnikhanov has addressed with annual message to TR State Council today in frameworks of thirty first meeting of the State Council of Tatarstan Republic of the fifth session.

Results of the vascular centers for last 8 months were summed up during the meeting. Questions of the organization of interacting of primary vascular centre of SAHI «Leninogorsky CRH» with SAHI «Aznakaevsky CRH» were also discussed.
