Hot weather is the reason of solar and the heat apoplexy leading to acute exacerbation of chronic and cardiovascular diseases. Heat is, first of all, stress on heart. It can lead to hypertensive crisis which can provoke stroke, infarct. Such implications as headache, giddiness, nausea, tachycardia, cold sweat and syncopes, visual deterioration are the dangerous marks of heat shock. The person can faint, and body temperature can raise to 410 C in critical cases.
