On March 29, a 32-year-old Kazan resident has been taken by ambulance to the City Clinical Hospital #7. The patient complained of acute chest pain, which was felt in the abdomen and back. Specialists immediately suspected an acute aortic dissection, which has been confirmed by computed tomography, and decided to transport the patient to the Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Center for surgery.
