Ticks can be carriers of serious virus diseases: vernal encephalitis and Lyme disease. Vernal encephalitis is the serious infectious disease knocking central nervous system. Infection happens when the tick sticks to the person. The incubation period constitutes 7-14 days in most cases.

TR Health Minister Adel Vafin has inspected the new office of the magnetic-resonance tomography which had been opened on the basis of Central Municipal Clinical Hospital №18 by diagnostic centre «BARSMED» within the limits of state-private partnership.

Donor campaign took place today in Chistopolsky Central Regional Hospital. Citizens and district inhabitants took part in it. Donors have donated more than 22 liters of blood. Russian scientific-practical conference with the international involvement «V.M.Bekhterev's School: from beginning to the present», dedicated to the 160 anniversary from the date of birth of academician Vladimir M. Bekhterev will take place in Kazan on June, 30th, 2017.

Patients of oncologic-hematologic units of Children's Republican Clinical Hospital became spectators of match of Confederations Cup FIFA 2017. Children, accompanied by the health personnel of CRCH, have visited match Russia-Mexico and supported national team.

6974 emergency calls were registered in Kazan from 19.06.17 till 25.06.17. 1445 calls were registered in public places. The greatest number of calls (5247) was on various diseases, including 196 strokes and 41 infarcts. Ambulance surgeons left on labors 81 times. They left on accidents 1049 times.
