Ceremony dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 has taken place in SAHI «Hospital for wars’ veterans». There are 135 veterans of Second World War on treatment today. Chairman of «Union of veterans of Tatarstan Republic» Major general A.G.Julashev, the vice-president of Republican Council of public organization of veterans (pensioners) E.M.Vainer, the head physician of hospital M.V.Kormachev have addressed to veterans with congratulatory speech. Celebratory concert to patients was presented by the collective of pupils of educational institutions of Moscow and Kirov districts of Kazan. In the end of holiday veterans have received flowers and gifts from «Union of veterans of Tatarstan Republic».

The narcological service of Tatarstan is, probably, the best in Russia for today. The real achievement is creation in republic of effective system of interdepartmental monitoring and interacting in anti-drug campaign. The problem was discussed in the meeting of State Duma. Meeting has taken place in Tatarstan parliament with the assistance of the Chairman of TR State Council Farid Mukhametshin, the vice-president of the State Duma, the substituent of the Secretary of the General Council of "United Russia" Sergey Zhelezniak.

The organizer of competition is the newspaper «Chelny LTD» together with the deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Alfia Kogogina. Selection of candidates for competition is in group «Chelny LTD» on site "Vkontakte" till May, 10th. The deputy has established two prizes on 35 thousand roubles. Rewarding will take place on the threshold of Health Personnel Day. Surgeon Ravil Nakipov, pediatrician Irina Gafurova managing neurology unit, neuropathologist Firdaus Gizatulina are among candidates from Kamsky Children's Medical Centre. Award for the active participation in patriotic education of citizens and the dealing with social and economic problems of veterans of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 has been given in Government House during meeting on preparation and celebration the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War led by the TR President Rustam Minnikhanov.

It is necessary to notice that 72 723 veterans of the Great Patriotic War live in Tatarstan.

Participants of war and workers of home front worked in municipal and district medical institutions were feted in Nizhnekamsk. Event has taken place in Nizhnekamsk Medical College. A holiday has been organized and led by Healthcare Control Department of Nizhnekamsk municipal district and the Nizhnekamsk region organ of labour union of health personnel of the Russian Federation in ТR.

6 persons have suffered, 5 persons from them have died in the place of road accident after collision of two cars. Emergency team came to the place of road accident. One victim in grave condition was taken in Sabinsky CRH.

Tatarstan Health Ministry has published the memory book «For Victory’s sake» dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Great Victory of Soviet Union over Germany. This book tells about physicians’ heroic deed, their work as sanitary instructors in medical and sanitary battalions, army and back base hospitals. The chairman of editorial council is TR Health Minister Adel Vafin.

Collectives of the factories and institutions, inhabitants and visitors came to the squares of oil industry workers in Almetyevsk for solidarity expression. Meeting and concert made the good mood.
