Conference has been organized at joint involvement of "Rheumatologists’ Association of Russia» (RАR), FSBI «V.A.Nasonova Research Institute of Rheumatology» of Russian Academy of Medical Science, SBEI HPE «Kazan State Medical University» of Health Ministry of Russian Federation and Tatarstan Republic Health Ministry.
TR Health Minister A.Ju.Vafin, the principal non-staff specialist-rheumatologist of Russia Health Ministry, the president of Russian public organization « Rheumatologists Association of Russia», Professor E.L.Nasonov, rector of SBEI HPE KSMU of HМ of Russian Federation, Professor A.S.Sozinov, managing hospital therapy sub-faculty of SBEI HPE KSMU of HМ of Russian Federation, the chief of clinic therapeutic services of RCH, D.I.Abdulganieva; the principal of Centre of Rheumatic Diseases and Osteoporosis of SАHI «Municipal Clinical Hospital 7» R.G.Mukhina, the principal rheumatologist of Kazan Healthcare Department of TR HM L.I.Miasoutova took part in the conference.
The conference, started today in Kazan, is the team project of TR Health Ministry and Educational Centre of High Medical Technologies.
TR Health Minister Adel Vafin, the deputy chief of Department of Organization of State Quality Control of Medical Aid Rendering of Roszdravnadzor Sergey Kovalev, the deputy director on scientific work of National Scientific Research Institute of Public Health Alexander Lindenbraten and the project director on optimization of institutions’ management of public health services of various level, Radomir Boshkovich took part in the conference.
Discussing of following questions is planned in the Conference program: innovative management in health care; quality and risk management in medical institutions of Israel, Germany, Finland, Serbia and USA; implementation of quality management system in Russian clinics: mechanisms and possibilities etc.
Leading specialists of Russia, Germany, Israel, Serbia, USA and Finland will appear as the experts of Conference. More than 200 managers of health care of Russian Federation and CIS countries will take part in the conference.
I-st Kazan Medical-pharmaceutical Forum has taken place in Kazan. The Communication agency "DAILY" was the organizer of the Forum in partnership with TR Health Ministry. The forum has taken place under aegis – «Healthy nation». For the first time the business forum has united 150 proprietors and top-managers of federal and local chemist's networks, vendors, distributors and representatives of state organs on regional platform. Spring session of representatives of pharmaceutical market has been supported by leading branch associations.
Elections of the rector and members of Academic Council have taken place today in Kazan Medical University. News agency "Tatar-inform" has reported that TR Health Minister Adel Vafin had visited the elections.
Three candidates had aspired for the post of rector of КSМU: dean of faculty of professional skill’s improvement and professional retraining of personnel, Professor N.Akramov, dean of medical-preventive faculty, Professor I.Mustafin and present rector of КSМU, Professor A.Sozinov.
Аkramov has declined his candidature before voting. Mustafin and Sozinov have made speech in which they have presented main trends of development of high school, the purposes and tasks. By results of secret ballot the majority of votes had been given to A.Sozinov. He has thanked all for support.
Delegates of conference have also elected new members of Academic Council. TR Health Minister A.Vafin, head physician of municipal hospital №7 M.Sadykov and director of medical-pharmaceutical college of KSMU N.Musin have entered in Academic Council.
Specialists of World Bank are in Kazan with working visit.
Series of meetings have been organized within the limits of their visit in Tatarstan Republic. Representatives of World Bank and of Federal Fond of Obligatory Medical Insurance have been met by TR Health Minister Adel Vafin in the building of TR Territorial Fond of Obligatory Medical Insurance. During the meeting they have discussed the questions of development of regional models of payment of the stationary help on the basis of clinical-statistical groups.
Inter-regional seminar «Development of regional models of payment of the stationary help on the basis of clinical-statistical groups» with involvement of principals of territorial funds of obligatory medical insurance and control organs in sphere of health protection of citizens of subjects of Russian Federation in Privolzhsky federal district took place within the limits of visit of delegation of World Bank.
