Within the limits of implementation of the program of upgrade of public health services he visited city out-patient clinics № 2 and № 6. The minister familiarized with a course of repair work, considered major repairs problems, delivered tasks before responsible persons. 

20 оf them  are ambulances of C class, intended for carrying out the emergency actions of the first help by forces of medical (doctor’s assistant's) crew, transportation and condition monitoring of patients at a pre-hospital stage.
