Today, on World Health Day, lessons and health hours have been held in Sarmanovo District at the initiative of the medical personnel of the Central District Hospital. Physicians organized and conducted preventive classes in kindergartens with pre-school children, in classrooms of all schools and in college.

This morning began with industrial gymnastics in the Polyclinic #7of Naberezhnye Chelny. The doctors carried out exercises in the departments before the start of the working day at 6:45 a.m.  

The All-Russian campaign “Be Healthy” will be held in the regions, where anyone may take part in various preventive masterclasses, competitions, quests, exercises and communicate with doctors of different specialties.

Outpatient Clinic has been opened today in Nizhniye Vyazovye urban locality of Zelenodolsk District. The Outpatient Clinic has been built under the primary health care modernization program. Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation for Social Policy Tatiana Golikova, Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko, President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, and Minister of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sadykov joined the ceremony via videoconference.

Physicians of the Nizhnekamsk Central District Multifunctional Hospital saved a woman at the 20th week of pregnancy. This is the fourth pregnancy for 42-year-old Rosa Menshikova.

Surgeons of the Medical Unit of JSC Tatneft and Almetyevsk successfully conducted a surgery on an 83-year-old patient. She was admitted to the hospital from Aznakaevo District. Currently, the treatment is over. The patient has been discharged home under medical supervision at her place of residence.

Gulfiya Gayanova, a psychotherapist of the Republican Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention, Honored Physician of the Republic of Tatarstan, gave a lecture “Depression and How to Fight It” to the students of the Kazan State Institute of Culture.
