Training on development and implementation of the quality management system (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of international standards was held at Republican Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital. Management and staff of the clinic received a detailed understanding of the essence and basic principles of QMS, key requirements of standards and their application in practice, mastered the process approach and skills of internal audit and risk assessment arising in the process of medical care. Leading experts of  Government Award of the Russian Federation in the field of quality, the all-Russian organization of quality, Committee on technical regulation, standardization and quality of products of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation Alexey Voronov and Sergey Korkin hold the training.

The number of patients ' complaints about diseases of the rectum and colon is growing steadily. Sedentary lifestyle, poor nutrition, inflammatory bowel disease, polyps or colorectal cancer in the family can significantly increase the risk of hemorrhoids, colorectal cancer and other diseases of the colon.

Campaign "Blood donation can save a life!" was held in Tyulyachinsky district. 75 persons have donated blood that day. Blood bank has replenished by 35.3 liters of donor blood. The participants of the campaign have noted that donation was indication of the beneficence and care about people's health. Modern medicine uses innovative technologies, medicines of the new generation to save the lives of patients but blood reserves can not be replaced or replenished.

Municipal Hospital №5 of Naberezhnye Chelny has organized first-grade pupil’s holiday for children of employees on the eve of Day of Knowledge. Deputy head physician Radif Valiullin has appeared with congratulations and parting words. He wished the guys strong knowledge and excellent grades. Professor Nicolas’scientific show was organized for the guests of the holiday. Future students saw how different chemicals react with each other, and could participate in scientific experiments on their own. At the end of the spectacular show the boys and girls were presented with gifts. The holiday was held with the support of Trade Union Committee.

A new technology of surgical intervention "circumcision of the foreskin (circumcision), within the framework of the Halal standard, by a seamless method using special glue" is becoming increasingly popular among the residents of the Republic of Tatarstan. On August, 30th in Zainsk after major repairs polyclinic and diagnostic centre of Zainsky Central Regional Hospital have opened. The polyclinic on 1 455 sq. m. is calculated on 366 visitings in change. The diagnostic centre on 51 employees with area of 1 795 sq.m. is equipped by laboratory. Within the limits of realisation of the republican program «Modernization of institutes of public health services» in institutes’ buildings the big work has been done: internal premises have completely changed, facade has changed, external territory is arranged well.

The children's polyclinic «Azino» of Kazan has marked by celebration the fifth anniversary. Polyclinic is structural sectioning of the Children's Republican Hospital and functions by modern principle of the advisory-diagnostic centre. The establishment structure includes pediatric block, block of narrow experts, Center of out-patient traumatology and orthopedy, Center of phthisiatrician screening, Center of medicine-social support «Trust-Yshanych». The polyclinic is equipped by the modern medical and rehabilitational equipment, medical-diagnostic process completely is fully informatized, and workplaces of employees are automated according to innovative methods of IT technologies.
