Delegation of University of Medical Sciences (Istanbul, Turkey) is in Kazan with working visit. The delegation comprises: Vice-rector for external relations of University of Medical Sciences Dr. Sadrettin Penche, Director of Eurasian Center for Health and Social Sciences at University of Medical Sciences Aynur Feyzioglu, Director of Asia-Pacific Center for Health and Social Sciences at University of Medical Sciences Magfiret Abduveli, employee of biochemistry sub-faculty of University of Medical Sciences Penche Khalime Khanym, Director of the simulation center of University of Medical Sciences Sarachoglu Kemal Tolga.

Traditional annual all-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference "New technologies in ophthalmology" will be held in Culture Center “Korston”on April 13-14, 2018. The most pressing issues of ophthalmology, high-tech operations and the latest methods of treatment of eye diseases will be discussed during the conference.

Employees of Children's Dental Polyclinic № 5 of Kazan together with volunteers of KSMU "Healthy smiles" held a lesson, where they told the children about dental diseases and the importance of oral hygiene. They also conducted a free preventive examination of the oral cavity.

Donor campaign "Milliliters of life" was held in one of the shopping and office centers of Kazan. The participants of the traditional charity event were employees of the center and visitors. Kazan pensioners with Parkinson's disease became participants of the campaign in Uritsky Park and danced the dance "against the disease" together with the organizers. Dance therapy helps to slow down the development of the disease according to physicians.
