This year the competition "Physician of year" will take place for the 12th time. In different years, the winners were the heads of health care institutions, physicians, medical workers, veterans. The fact that every year one of the winners receives a car as the main prize has already become a tradition. Five nominations are presented in the competition-2019: "Legend of health care", "Best primary care doctor", "Medical worker of the year", "Unique case" and "Physician of the year". Three candidates will be presented in each nomination, with the exception of the nomination "Legend of health care".

As of 10.00 a.m. on April 26, 2019 Health Ministry reports: 5 people injured in a fire in Nizhnekamsk, are in Republican Clinical Hospital (RCH). 3 of them are in the intensive care unit in a serious condition, 2 people in the burn unit. Today it is planned is to transfer one patient from the emergency hospital of Naberezhnye Chelny in RCH. 5 victims are in Nizhnekamsky CRH. The state these patients  is estimated as moderate severity with positive dynamics.

Republican scientific and practical conference "Salikhov readings" dedicated to the 205th anniversary of hospital therapy department of Kazan State Medical University will be held in Kazan on April, 26. This is the third therapy department, organized in Russia, after Moscow and St. Petersburg.

Head of the marketing service of the Republican Clinical Hospital Nailia Zamalieva took part in the exhibition of the XI International economic summit "Russia – Islamic world: KAZANSUMMIT 2019", held at the site of the international exhibition center "Kazan – Expo" on April, 24-26. This is a unique platform for cooperation with the countries of the Islamic world.

Cycle of trainings for physicians and nurses of healthcare institutions on HIV infection prevention has started in Children's Municipal Hospital with Perinatal Center of Almetyevsk. 

Campaign "Dance! Breathe! Don't smoke" will be held at the wrestling arena “Ak Bars” on April, 27. Free screening spirometry (study of the external breathing) will take place within the campaign. Participants of the campaign will be able to check their breathing, measure respiratory function, find out the actual age of the lungs and get medical advice on the prevention of pulmonary diseases, overcoming Smoking, physical methods of restoring their health.

Report-election conference of the primary organization of the clinic's trade union took place in Republican Clinical Hospital. Report of the primary trade union organization on the results of activities for 5 years has been discussed on the agenda. The hospital administration made a report on the implementation of the terms of the collective agreement in 2018.

A meeting of VFR specialists in obstetrics and gynecology chaired by Oleg Filippov, Deputy Director of children’s medical care and maternity services’ department of Health Ministry of the Russian Federation, and chief freelance specialist in obstetrics and gynecology of Health Ministry of the Russian Federation in Volga Federal Region Ildar Fatkullin, was held in Kazan. First Deputy Health Minister Almir Abashev took part in the meeting.

Republican scientific-practical conference with Federal participation "Problems and solutions in respiratory medicine" will be held in Kazan on April, 27.

The project of development of medical tourism in Tatarstan Republic was presented by Children's Republican Clinical Hospital on behalf of Health Ministry of Tatarstan Republic at the exhibition Russian Halal Expo 2019. The event was attended by President of Tatarstan Republic Rustam Minnikhanov, Health Minister Marat Sadykov and State Adviser Mintimer Shaimiev.
