The institution has been providing assistance to SMO participants since November 2022 and is a key support center not only for residents of Naberezhnye Chelny, but also for fighters from all 21 districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. The hospital provides a full range of medical care within one institution. The services of the fighters here include an appointment with a therapist and specialized specialists, a wide range of diagnostic examinations, as well as full-fledged rehabilitation in both day and round-the-clock hospitals, and an outpatient rehabilitation department.

It should be recalled that mobile polyclinics began operating in the republic on the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan in 2019. Medical examinations of rural residents and consultations of specialized specialists are carried out here.
 Residents of remote areas do not need to travel tens of kilometers to get to the right doctor. The mobile clinic will be attended by experienced doctors from Almetyevsk and the Bavli CDH: an ophthalmologist, a traumatologist, a gynecologist, a cardiologist, a surgeon, an endocrinologist, an oncologist, an ENT doctor, a cardiovascular surgeon and other specialists.

At the age of 67, Foat Fatykhovich Gatin, Head of the Department of Psychiatry and Forensic Psychiatric Examination of the Kazan State Medical Academy, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, passed away. This is a huge loss for the professional medical community and the healthcare system of Tatarstan. There was no one who, according to all criteria, corresponded to the concept of a "real doctor", a scientist, a talented leader who made a significant contribution to the development of the psychiatric service of our republic.

We installed an artificial implant for the patient using a new technique for us. For this, a small incision was made, whereas with a normal operation, the incision length reaches 20 cm. During the operation, we went between the muscles without dissecting them or peeling them off the bones. Thus, it was possible to avoid damage to tissues and tendons, which in the future will have a positive effect on the patient's condition. A new method that we have studied and tested in practice helps to reduce postoperative pain and accelerate recovery.
