Free Wellness and Nordic walking lessons are offered every Wednesday at 10.00 am at Kaban lake. The newcomers can test pulse, pressure, make ECG before the beginning of the lesson. The health training includes the 3 km walking with exercise physiologist along Kaban lake. At the end of the training, the doctor analyzes the cardiovascular system before and after the lesson.
