New diagnostic centre "Bars Med" has been opened on the basis of Elabuzhsky Central Regional Hospital. TR Health Minister Adel Vafin took part in the opening ceremony.

The events directed on HIV preventive maintenance and tolerance to HIV-infected persons take place in Polyclinic №4 "Student's" from November, 28th till December, 8th within the limits of the All-Russia campaign «Stop AIDS».
