Territorial incidence of tuberculosis in 2021 remained at the level of 2020 and amounted to 23.4 per 100,000 population (2020 – 23.4; 2019 – 28.8 per 100,000 population). The incidence of tuberculosis in the republic is 27.8% lower than in the Russian Federation (32.4) and 26.9% lower than in the Volga Federal District (32.0).
