Kazan hosted training on building patient-oriented service in healthcare institutions

The participants studied the practical and methodological basis necessary to build a system of patient-oriented service, got acquainted with examples of implementation of such project, 20 instruments of client service, defined goals, developed their own strategy of patient-oriented service and individual annual implementation plan. We studied more than 10 ways to get feedback, discussed the resolution of conflicts between employees of the institution and work with dissatisfied patients.
