Training on prevention of emotional burnout took place in RCH for of anesthesiologists-resuscitators

Specialists of Physicians’ Continuing Education Institute organized trainings for physicians of Republican Clinical Hospital on the prevention of emotional burnout. Trainings were held for anesthesiologists-resuscitators and were aimed at improving the skills of the specialists. Training programs in psychology and psychotherapy prepare the prevention of emotional burnout among health workers. The participants of the training analyzed the difficult situations at communicating with patients and chose strategies for overcoming a difficult situation.
