Cardiac pathologies were discussed in the Union of Pensioners
Cardiologist of the Republican Center for Public Health and Medical Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Renata Zhitkova conducted a lecture in the school of health of Regional Department of All-Russian Public Organization “Union of Pensioners of Russia” of the Republic of Tatarstan. The lecture on the topic: “Cardiac pathology: risk factors, alertness and prevention”.
During the lecture, the specialist told the audience about how arterial hypertension, overweight, sedentary lifestyle can become risk factors for coronary heart disease and also explained in details how to measure blood pressure correctly.
Cardiologist Renata Zhitkova gave recommendations on nutrition in chronic cardiac failure and arterial hypertension.
