Lecture about childbirth, art workshop, letter to future baby: Pregnancy Day in Naberezhnye Chelny
Future mothers took part in a special workshop how to make a charm doll under the guidance of experienced specialist on social work of Complex Center of Social Service Center of Population “Doveriye” Almira Zaripova. Each woman's creative potential was awakened and they were able to make their own unique doll, symbolizing protection and love for their babies.
Then all the participants were presented with an interactive lecture from clinical psychologist Victoria Zhilkina about smooth childbirth. The psychologist shared tips on how to prepare for childbirth, as well as how important it is to ensure a harmonious atmosphere and maintain positive emotions during pregnancy.
The most pleasant moment of the event is that each pregnant woman wrote a touching letter to her baby, filled with love, tenderness and hope for meeting him! This helped expectant mothers to immerse themselves even deeper into the feelings and emotions associated with motherhood.
