All-Russian Conference "Modern aspects of diagnostic and operative endoscopy", dedicated to the jubilee of Professor Muravyov will take place in Kazan

The relevance of the conference is due to the fact that Russia is a country with high prevalence and mortality from malignant neoplasms. More than 36 thousand of new cases of cancer of the stomach are registered annually. At the same time, there are 67.7% of cases in the last stages of the disease. This is due to the fact that the diagnosis of this pathology at an early stage is quite difficult. Gastric cancer ranks second among all diseases in our country. Presence of background diseases (which often precedes the appearance of the cancer process) plays a major role in the development of gastric cancer.
