Leonid Roshal arrived in Kazan

Leonid Roshal, a world famous children's surgeon, Professor of medicine, President of Research Institute of Emergency Children's Surgery and Traumatology, arrived in Kazan. He laid flowers at the monument to Gavriil Romanovich Derzhavin together with Health Minister Marat Sadykov.
