The provision of assistance to the development of physical culture and sports of disabled people, persons with disabilities, as well as adaptive physical culture and adaptive sports was discussed at the meeting of the Kazan Duma.

The Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Kazan city Duma for the protection of health of citizens and the environment was head physician of Republican Clinical Hospital Rafael Shavaliyev.
