Healthcare of Mendeleevsk district is presented by multifaceted CRH for 142 beds, including 97 round the clock beds and 45 beds of day hospital. The outpatient service consists of an adult and a children's polyclinic with a capacity of 660 visits per day. Rural healthcare is represented by 25 Primary Health Centers with the working radius of 40 km.

The population of the district is 30370 people, including 8034 people of the rural population. Life expectancy has increased by 1.3 years and is 71.8 years (73.6 years in TR) in the district for the past three years in row.
