The first training for patients participating in the anticoagulant program was held in ICDC

Interregional Clinical and Diagnostic Centre (ICDC) in conjunction with the company Portavita Health held the first training with patients who had the appointment to take the anticoagulant medicine “Warfarin”.

What is the essence of anticoagulant therapy? How does the medicine work at the micro level? How does it interact with other medicines that a person takes in parallel? What can and what should not be eaten while taking the medicine? All questions were answered in the presentation, which was developed and presented by the cardiologist of the outpatient department of ICDC Danil Safin.
