Psychological trainings for physicians took place in NCRMH

Tatyana Savelyeva held training for physicians of consultative-diagnostic polyclinic of NCRMH. For two years Tatiana Savelyeva has been led monthly psychological trainings with the hospital staff.

This time, the specialist talked with the physicians of consultative-diagnostic polyclinic about client-oriented and team-building. During the training, they corrected speech errors, worked on techniques to influence the patient and to improve the image of the clinic through proper interaction with the patient.
