The implementation of lean technologies was discussed in Municipal Polyclinic № 21 of Kazan

Workshop on the implementation of lean technologies in the framework of the national project "Healthcare" and the regional project "Development of primary health care" was held on the basis of Municipal Polyclinic № 21 of Kazan.

The meeting was attended by the head of the Healthcare Department of Kazan Ilnur Khalfiev, Director of National Projects’ Center Andrey Alabin, head of Healthcare Quality Monitoring Department Lyudmila Doronina, the representatives of Roszdravnadzor and Rospotrebnadzor, and the heads of 13 pilot polyclinics of Kazan.
