About prevention of ischemic heart desease

Ischemic heart disease is one of the most widespread diseases. It amazes efficient people at the height of the vigorous activity.

Ischemic heart disease (IHD) is  chronic disease caused by insufficient blood supply to the heart muscle due to narrowing or blockage of the main heart arteries with atherosclerotic plaques, that is, cholesterol deposits on nner walls of blood vessels, which leads to  decrease in delivery of oxygen and nutrients to heart muscle.
