IV All-Russia Congress of Pharmacologists of Russia «Innovations in modern pharmacology»
The fourth Congress of pharmacologists will last from September, 18 till September, 23rd 2012 in Kazan.
Organizers of the event: Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences, the Russian scientific Organization of Pharmacologists, Scientific Research Institute of Pharmacology named after Zakusov and others. More than 500 participants from 45 cities of Russia have arrived to the Congress. The Congress is carried out every 5 years. The previous congresses of pharmacologists took place in the cities of Volgograd, Moscow, St.-Petersburg. With salutatory speech Minister of Health of RТ Airat Farrakhof has acted.
Carrying out the Congress in Kazan is the evidence of scientific authority of the Kazan scientists-pharmacologists. In Kazan there are more than twenty budgetary high schools, a number of scientific-research institutes, a Centre of Science of the Russian Academy of Sciences, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Today’s Kazan pharmacologists have introduced such medicinal preparations as Arminum, Nibuphinum, Dimephosphonum, Phosphabenside, Mebicarum in applied medicine, and in the field of fundamental pharmacology successes of the Kazan school of pharmacologists are confirmed by a big number of publications in leading foreign journals.
