World Day of First Aid is celebrated on September, 14

Many countries celebrate World Day of First Aid on the second Saturday of September since 2000.  The event is held on September, 14 in 2019.

The purpose of first aid is to provide the necessary simple medical measures to save the life of the victim, reduce suffering and prevent the development of possible complications.
