The doctor-millionaire has appeared in Nizhnekamsk Region

One million roubles will receive Alfiya Talerchik, the doctor-therapist who has moved for work to the Shingalchinsk medical outpatient clinic. For the present she is the only doctor in Nizhnekamsk Region, who agreed to go for work to a village.

Alfyja Talerchik has graduated from the Izhevsk Medical Academy. Since 2009, she worked in the Department of Particular Specialists of the Nizhnekamsk Multi-Field Hospital.

Let's remind that at the end of the last year the President of the Russian Federation has signed amendments to the law on obligatory medical insurance. So, the document establishes stimulating payment in size of 1 million roubles for young doctors who will be ready to work in a village. The Cabinet of Tatarstan also has confirmed additional compensation at a rate of hundred thousand roubles to young rural physicians for improvement of living conditions. Financial support from federal and republican budgets will allow to involve young, perspective physicians to a village. The necessary conditions for reception of the travelling allowance: age under 35 years, availability of the higher medical vocational education, a workarrangement in the basic place of work in health care organisation in a village under condition of a conclusion of employment agreement for five years.
