The First Deputy Director for the International Relations of the Department of Health Care and Social Security of the USA, Jimmy Kolker http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jimmy_J._Kolker will arrive in the capital of Tatarstan at the beginning of October. It is expected that mister Kolker will take part in the International Forum where he will act with the official report on health care problems. During his two-day stay Jimmy Kolker will visit a number of medical institutions, and will assess the system of a health care of the Republic of Tatarstan.
Jimmy Kolker - was born in 1948 in Saint-Luis, the State of Missouri, the American diplomat. Graduated from the Carleton College with the degree of the bachelor and has received degree of the master in the field of the government at the Harvard University. He was the ambassador in Burkina Faso from 1999 till 2002 and in Uganda from 2002 till 2005. In 2007-2011 held a post of the project manager on struggle against HIV/AIDS in UNICEF in the New York headquarters. Now he is the First Deputy Director for global questions, the Department of Health Care and Social Services in Washington, District of Columbia.
