Seminar on lean production management system was held in Kazan
The seminar "Lean production management System. Integration of QMS (quality management system) and LPMS (lean production management system) in healthcare" took place in IT PARK.
The seminar addressed the issues of effective implementation of quality management systems and Lean production tools in medical organizations in the framework of the national project in health care. The leading experts and specialists of the organizations participating in the pilot project "Lean polyclinic" implemented in Tatarstan Republic at the present time appeared at the seminar. Experts presented their vision of the problems and positive results of the implementation of the model "Lean clinic".
Employees of Republican Center of Medical Prevention took part in the seminar training within the framework of "Days of quality in Tatarstan Republic".
