Nizhnekamsk residents knew about the benefits of sauerkraut

Specialists Center for Medical Prevention told Nizhnekamsk residents about the benefits of sauerkraut during the month. Workshops on sauerkraut were held in "Mercy", "Vesta", Palace of creativity of children and youth, Children's ecological and biological center, local history library and other organizations.

The idea to tell citizens how to eat properly and tasty, but not expensive, belongs to the head physician of CMP Ravil Garipov. He also proposed not to read lectures but make workshops because this format is more popular and easier to remember the information better.
