Graduates of Izhevsk State Medical Academy were invited to work in Nizhnekamsk

A series of visits to medical universities of the Volga Federal district to attract young professionals has started. This time deputy head physician for polyclinic work Sergey Meryasev and a specialist of the personnel department of Nizhnekamsky CRMH visited Izhevsk Medical Academy. 6th year graduates and residents came at a meeting with a potential employer.

Young doctors knew about the benefits of working in Nizhnekamsk. All necessary conditions are created for specialists here. Doctors, having arrived to work in NCRMH, receive a grant for improvement of housing conditions in the amount of 500 000 rubles. Rental housing for temporary residence is provided with payment of utilities.
