For a fast direction of brigades of first aid to the patient or the victim and timely rendering of medical aid the calling person is obliged to answer accurately and precisely all questions of the doctor's assistant (dispatcher) of «03» accepting a call. It is necessary to inform a call occasion, a place and the call address (a disctrict of the city, street, apartment number, a floor, a code and entrance number), a surname, a name, a patronymic of the patient or the victim. The call is considered accepted if the doctor's assistant, having received full answers to the asked questions,  answers «accepted», names time of reception of a call and repeats the address.
