Elena Baybarina: «Tatarstan always differs in its development in the field of health services of children»

The Head of the department of medical care of children and services of obstetric care of the country Yelena Baybarina has arrived to Tatarstan with a working visit.
During the working visit Yelena Baybarina has visited the Republican hospital, familiarized with the work of Kazan educational centre of HMT, then she visited the Medical Centre of the Universiade. In the first half of the day she has conducted a lecture on nursing of premature children with low and extremely low mass of body, in the Educational Centre.
Besides, she will familiarize with the system of organization of medical care of the newborns in the Nursery of the Republican Hospital. Yelena Baybarina remained satisfied with the seen, she has made to Tatarstan experts recommendations on transition of institutions of obstetric care of the Region to the new criteria of live birth.
 During the visit she has met not only the heads of medical establishments, but also with collectives of doctors.
