Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation Rostislav Tuishev: “Medicine must be changed seriously!”

The hero of our interview was Rostislav I. Tuishev, Honored Doctor of the Russian Federation and TR, Academician of RAMTS, laureate of TR State Prize in the field of science and technology. For more than half a century, Rostislav Tuishev devoted himself to serving the healthcare system of Tatarstan, has gone from a surgeon in a city hospital to an adviser to Health Minister of TR. He was the first head physician and ideologist of the construction of Interregional Clinical Diagnostic Center (ICDC) serving one hundred thousand patients annually and performing five thousand operations.
