A workshop on stress and conflict management was held for senior nurses of Republican Clinical Hospital (RCH). The lesson was conducted by a clinical psychologist, coach Tatyana Savelyeva. It was organized in order to improve and increase the level of knowledge in the field of social competence of practical recommendations of Roszdravnadzor - on the organization of internal quality control and safety of medical activities.
