Rimma Musina Nurmievna - obstetrician-gynecologist of Nizhnekamsk Central District Multifunctional Hospital. She has worked the second shift in the COVID - hospital. Rimma Nurmievna always comes to work in the red zone with a smile and in a good mood. As soon as she puts on a protective suit, she goes to share positive emotions with patients. The doctor admitted that this is the secret of successful treatment of all those who were admitted to the hospital.

"The first time I went into the red zone, of course, there was fear. After all, this is a completely different field of medicine. But we all graduated from the medical faculty. We have a general specialty - medical business, we must understand all fields of medicine. Therefore, we only needed to refresh our knowledge; we passed 36-hour training on Covid-19 and received all the certificates to work here. Otherwise, you will not get to the hospital; there is a rigorous selection process. And of course, my colleagues and I support each other as much as possible, and we help each other, so we do our job well. We are surrounded by experienced doctors and a close-knit team. We even have a general chat room in which we discuss any unclear situation, get advice, send the results of tests, consult with each other.

I think that a positive attitude is the key element of our work. We share our positive emotions with our patients. After all, they get here in a very serious condition with fever and weakness. And when they are getting better, when you come for rounds, and when the patient says to you with a smile: "Good morning, doctor!" - there is no limit to our joy. This is worthless.
