The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan held a video conference on the organization of mobile complexes "Mobile" Polyclinic" within the framework of the national project "Health Care" and the regional project "Development of the System of Primary Health Care in the Republic of Tatarstan".
The video conference was organized for the Republic of Sakha Yakutia, which became interested in the regional project of Tatarstan, having got acquainted with it on the "Smartec" platform. The Agency for Strategic Initiatives received a request from this region of Russia to discuss the experience of the Republic of Tatarstan in the format of a selector.
The videoconference for their colleagues was organized by representatives of the Ministry of Health and leading medical institutions that oversee the operation of mobile complexes.
The teleconference was attended by the head of the Department of Preventive Care of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Elena Khafizova Davidovna, head of the Accounts Department of the State Guarantees Program of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Rigina Akhmetzyanova Ramilevna, the lead consultant of the sector of primary health care development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Firuza Gayazova Bernardovna, lead consultant of the Accounts Department of the State Guarantees Program of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan Safin Indus Navisovich, head of the polyclinic #3 of State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "City Clinical Hospital #7", of Kazan - Kelin Dmitry Romanovich, head of Cardiology Department of State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan " Terekh Rimma Anasovna and neurologist, head of the Mobile complex of State Autonomous Healthcare Institution "Republican Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Tatarstan" Ilfak Yarmiev Ildusovich.
In 2019, mobile complexes of Tatarstan carried out visits to 18 districts (174 settlements), examined a total of 17,836 people, of which 9,332 were examined during the second stage of medical examination.
Despite the difficult epidemiological situation, specialists of 4 medical institutions continued to actively consult and examine residents of districts and villages of the republic. So for 11 months of 2020 in 23 districts (92 settlements), 23,106 people were examined by doctors, 10,582 of them -during the second stage of medical examination.
