The President of Tatarstan took part in the settlement of the social mortgage house in Naberezhnye Chelny
Today, in the 63rd microdistrict of Naberezhnye Chelny, a solemn settlement of a 414-apartment residential building built on a social mortgage was held. The ceremony was attended by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Oleg Gridnev, and Mayor of Avtograd Nail Magdeev.
Rustam Minnikhanov noted that housing security is one of the main criteria for improving the quality of life. "The head of state has set a goal to introduce 120 million square meters of housing by 2030. Today we are at the level of 80 million square meters. So this is a challenging task. But this decision of the President of Russia is aimed at changing the way of life of the citizens of our country," he said.
Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that Naberezhnye Chelny is developing dynamically: housing is being built, healthcare, education, sports, and cultural facilities are being opened. "The city of Naberezhnye Chelny should correspond to its status as the machine-building capital of the republic. I would like to congratulate all of you on this important event, "the President of the Republic of Tatarstan added.
In the new building on Abdurakhman Absalyamov Avenue, 21A, employees of budget organizations and enterprises, doctors-grantees, young and large families will live. The house was built at the expense of investments of the State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Housing and Urban Environment national project framework.
The Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation noted that the republic pays great attention to health issues, including improving the living conditions of medical workers. "The program that is being implemented to provide housing for specialists and attract qualified personnel is extremely important," Oleg Gridnev said.
"An apartment purchase is a great happiness for every family. Today we settle once the social mortgage house. Huge words of gratitude to the leadership of the republic for the support provided," the mayor of Avtograd said.
After the official part, the President of Tatarstan visited one of the apartments where a family of doctors settled. Alexander and Natalia Sadykovs work as anesthesiologists in the emergency hospital. At the end of last year, the couple received a grant. In total, more than 50 grant doctors will celebrate the housewarming in the new house.

The State Housing Fund began to develop the 63rd microdistrict of Naberezhnye Chelny in 2017. In total, according to the sketch of the development, it is planned to build 17 houses for 3,500 apartments with a total area of 207 thousand square meters. House for Abdurahman Absalyamova, 21A is the seventh social mortgage object. With its settlement, the number of residents who received housing in the microdistrict will increase to 1,930 families.
Currently, there are two more houses being built for 625 apartments. These dwellings are planned to be move-in ready at the end of 2021.
